About Teach Emergency Management

Our Mission

This site seeks to serve emergency management and homeland security educators by establishing  a depository of syllabi, teaching materials, tools, websites, and resources.

Our Team

This site is run by a group of volunteer educators. We endeavor to review and post materials as timely as possible, but we reiterate, we are volunteers and educators. Please bear with us as we get the initial materials uploaded and as we continue to post additional materials over the weeks, months, and years to follow.

Our Community

The EM/HS higher education community is a supportive and collaborative community.  As a collective, this community is responsible for educating and preparing the professionals who will meet the needs of citizens, businesses, organizations, communities, and governments in an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world.
